Dance teaches balance, grace and self-awareness, and can have great and lasting effects on the development of a child!
Miss Sara teaches weekly classes at your preschool!
Classes are playful and structured to cultivate a love of dance to last a lifetime.
Miss Sara’s dance classes introduce basic positions and technique, beginning with gentle stretches, then moving into aerobic dances and creative movements to music. We also teach muscle isolations with playful games: a butterfly wand can teach a child to relevé!
Etiquette is a natural part of each lesson, as it is related to grace.
Each class ends with the story of a great ballet told alongside the music to help the child associate story and song.
Repeat after me: “Chai-Kov-Ski!”
